The 28 foot heated pool (pool heat is an option if required) is big enough to swim, play games or just relax in or around the deck. Further relaxation is in the the spa to finish of a perfect day. The pool area is completely covered by a screen enclosure and the covered lanai features two ceiling fans and a wall-mounted LCD smartTV which can swivel to be viewed anywhere in the lani/pool area. The pool has west facing aspect providing sunshine for most of the day from late morning through to the evening. We picked this aspect as the best to enjoy the Florida sun and you get the sunset too! This villa is more private than most and also benefits from parkland adjacent one side giving extra privacy.

With safety of children in mind, the pool has a fence available that can be easily installed. As a further precaution, the doors from the kitchen/nook onto the pool deck are electronically alarmed and every time the door is opened, the alarm will sound.

Eating outside is one of the great pleasures of Florida. Comfortable furniture and plenty of it, is provided for relaxing and al fresco dining. The large stainless steel BBQ has all the room you need for your grilling a fantastic meal with propane provided free of charge.

There are plenty of special pool towels, for your comfort, also high quality outdoor Crate & Barrel crockery.
