Villa Info
There is ample supply of quality bed linen and towels. Towels dedicated for pool use are also provided. A large washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
The villa is owned by a family with grandchildren. It is therefore equipped with children in mind, especially regarding safety in the pool area. The pool has a safety fence available for the safety of children. As a further precaution, the doors to the pool from the villa are electronically alarmed.
The villa is also equipped with a stroller, two portable cribs, and a high chair.
There is a landline in the villa. All calls within the USA and Canada are free of charge from the house phone.
Wireless internet access is essential and we provide a free wi-fi connection for our guests. You will be given the access code upon arrival. If you don’t take your laptop, there is an internet cafe in the Clubhouse with PC’s at a nominal charge.
We will do our best to accommodate any special requests. Welcome food packs are available for purchase so the villa is stocked upon your arrival. Also there are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive from the villa.
We work closely with a local management company who will be more than happy to assist you with any matter. We will provide you with their details prior to your arrival. The company that looks after the Villa has many years experience with premium homes and we believe they are the best.
An Information Book is provided for guests with useful local and emergency information, as well as information about the Villa which is provided in an easy user friendly way.
A coded door lock is provided for immediate access without the hassle of keys having to be handed over. This is really useful if you are a multiple party so everyone can come and go at different times and you don’t have to carry key around.
While Windsor Hills is a secure gated complex, the villa is also fitted with an alarm system to give you extra peace of mind.
The villa will be immaculately clean upon arrival and will be cleaned following your departure. If you require additional cleaning in the middle of your stay, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Arrival time is after 4 pm, with check out by 11 am on your departure day. Complimentary late departures are subject to the time of incoming guests. Please check with us before you travel or contact our local management company during your stay.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the pool area, driveway or front yard.
